New Face Creating a unique entry panel is now possible for the user depending on the permissions. Users with administrator permissions can access the entire tool from a single screen and login
Visibility in Focus Greater visibility of the tool, the open menus provide better findability, speeding up the task flow. Remembering that there were tasks that took 3 to 10 minutes to start.
Easy to Find Actions The problem of finding or guessing what each item would do has been resolved with the contextualization of the icons and tooltips to indicate the action
Simplifying Tasks There were reports of users taking up to 3 days to set up a policy (a type of task) due to delays in the tool and the interface freezing. The new tool is cloud-based, eliminating the need for local installation, and the front end is developed in React.
